Hi. I want to use Apple Pay virtual card number. I downloaded latest iOS, and set up the connection to physical card with my bank, but I still don’t see option in my wallet for virtual card number.

Please review titles of both support articles you linked to. Both articles are in reference to Apple Card. Apple Card is a credit card issued by Goldman Sachs Bank on the Mastercard network.
Apple Cash has a virtual card and virtual card number. Apple Pay is a service, not a payment method and does not have a virtual card or virtual account number associated with it.

There is no such thing as an Apple Pay virtual card or virtual card number. Apple Cash has a virtual card and number.

Apple Pay says that virtual card numbers are available for Apple Pay.

I read in the footnotes that this is only available in the US. I am in Israel… bummer.
Apple Card and Apple Cash are both currently limited to US. Sorry.
