GarageBand Error Message - Moved Files from iMac to Mini

I recently moved my GB files from my 2019 iMac to a Mac Mini M4. When I play a previous GB piece, I get the following popup message:

"Error while trying to synchronize Audio and Mini. Sample Rate 48,000 recognized. Check conflict between GarageBand and external device."

The message disappears when I hit Continue but it pops up again. Meanwhile, the music plays on uninterrupted. The piano roll is frozen except for a few seconds after I hit Continue.

What's the recommended fix? Thank you in advance.
