MacBook M3 Pro Max freezing after macOS Sequoia 15.2 update

Ever since I've gotten Mac OS Sequoia 15.2, my Mac has been freezing and I have been needing to force quit some of the apps including Safari or Finder. If I for instance, want to move a folder on my desktop, it won't let me and it just freezes. I've also noticed this if I have multiple tabs open in Safari. I have a MacBook M3 Pro Max with 64GB of ram and a 2TB hard drive. I feel that these issues should not be happening and I feel that this is some buggy software. I'm a student and would like to have some of these issues fixed in some upcoming software updates. I've never had any of these issues before the latest Mac OS Sequoia 15.2 version. I would appreciate any tips or advice on how to deal with these bugs. Thank you.

I also have this issue with a brand new M4 Max 16" MBP, starting only after the most recent software update. The whole computer freezes for 15-30 seconds, and my Apple keyboard and mouse disconnect.
