Family Sharing changes at 13 years old

Hi Community,

My kid is turning 13 soon. What will that mean to my Family Sharing. Will I still be able to monitor his screen time and have ask to buy on? Will it auto remove him from the family and will he loose access to shared iCloud subscription?

Thanks in advance!!!

Nothing really.

Yes. That will continue to work and ask to buy will be on unless you go and turn it off.

No. There is no auto-removal at any age. He can at 13 choose to leave Family Sharing, but you can limit that through Screen Time.
