Error -69825 while formatting 30TB external harddisk on macOS Sonoma 14.6.1

I tried to format my new external harddisk (30TB) for data backup, but could not format it even after tried many times, the error code "-69825" or "-69877" showed many times...

Even though I changed the USB Type-C cables, it didn't help ...

How should I do?

BTW, the harddisk can be recognized by Windows PC...

You got scammed. There are no 30TB consumer based SSDs available. Plus you would never be able to afford one as they would cost tens of thousands of dollars. Erase the SSD and return it for a full refund.

What is the exact make & model of this drive? A link to the product page would be good.

You need to use Disk Utility to erase the whole physical drive. Within Disk Utility you may need to click "View" and select "Show Details" before the physical drive appears on the left pane of Disk Utility.

Disconnect all other external devices. Connect the drive directly to the computer.
