Remove the app, restart the iPhone, and re-install the app.

If the app continues to malfunction, contact the app vendor.

“Sorry I should have mentioned that I am using the IALottery app. I’ve tried deleting the ap and reinstalling and still they will not scan. Every once in a while it will scan one after I delete and reinstall the app and then goes back to not scanning. when I scan in the app my camera comes up and snaps a pic of something on the barcode triggers it to scan.”

You’ll find the Developer’s Contact Us info I. The app’s site of the App Store. If it is not available there, then you’ll have to google its name along with the words “Contact Us”.

Check for and apply any available iOS and app updates, then contact the app vendor if the problems persist.

The app vendor has the app source code, has the best knowledge of the app, and is in the best position to either identify and resolve the issue with the app, or to identify details and work with Apple to resolve an Apple bug.

A. Scanning Ticks:

How exactly are your scanning it? Are you talking about passes for Wallets? If so, disable, then enable it. Are you taking a photo or a video. As for taking a scan, what type of ticket are they? I wouldn't call keeping an electronic oh so wise --if someone got access to your account or device, they could find out the info.
