iPhone burning / acetone smell

I dropped my iPhone and when I picked it up - it was so hot to the touch it was burning my hands and all I can smell is acetone. It also hasn’t turned on since and I’m to scared to try again. It’s cooling down now but still stinks - I took out the SIM card and it started cooling off.

iPhone Issues After Dropping:

Is the back of the iPhone expanding? Seems you may have a corroding battery. So, stop fiddling with it, as it seems this has become a heath hazard.
