How i can fix that Syncing to load Quick on imac?

Apple's iCloud is some number of Internet hops from your location. At best, you are at the mercy of all the Internet propagation delay factors between you and the Apple iCloud servers. You have no control over these Internet issues so there is no quick fix unless you purchase a NAS server for your local network.
Also, note that Apple's iCloud is not a backup strategy, and beyond Apple providing a 30-day sliding window to recover deleted files, you would be out of luck beyond that timeframe. Another reason to have local NAS storage as a true backup solution is that would also eliminate Internet delays to your media.
In addition to what VikingOSX already mentioned, some of those videos might be pretty large files, which would take some time on a poor connection.
