Persistent iPhone and iPad hacking despite lockdown mode

iPhone (6,7,&12 pro)and iPad (4th gen,& iPad Air) over the 8 years of my cyberstalking. Not sure but I think my iCloud account may have also been compromised. Only because I don’t know how this (same person whoever it is) keeps getting in, changing my settings, eventually locking me out completely ( about 1-2 times a year).

then I’m off to geek squad or Genius Bar again. ALL devices are locked immediately with passcode set always has been. I change those periodically. I’ve done factory resets on all numerous times. NEVER ever restoring from backups!

Why is it that for 8 solid straight years, multiple device upgrades, new AID’s, email, phone numbers, new cell provider, new internet and personal high tech modem using lockdown mode continuously, everything I do has its own pw, always have devices in site, passcode protected to immediate lock. I’m still hacked!! Why? CYBERSTALKED actually. Nothing, nada has helped. Wondering if I’ve been a ginea pig for China practicing on me or something bc I’m a nobody, retired and on soc sec. No logical reason for anyone to do this. Whoever obviously enjoys torturing me. Never stolen anything online. I can’t live like most people. No online banking, not even phone calls to do business things. I have to use someone’s landline because my calls are listened into as well. This hasn’t broken me if that’s what the person is trying for. I won’t let it. I’m too tenacious. It’s frustrating, annoying and shouldn’t be happening Local police referred me to file with FBI AND ICE. I don’t trust them either. They are corrupt. I lost my confidence in ANY brand of cell phone. Anything Bluetooth capable I’ve learned is hackable period. Apple needs to do better. Can you do better, please? I’ve called so many times for help with the highest Apple techs, hours at Genius Bar, hours at geek squad you name it for 8 long years! I just want it to stop! APPLY, CAN YOU OFFER ANY HELP BESIDES THE LOCKDOWN MODE WHICH DOES NOTHING WHATSOEVER IN MY CASE AT LEAST, or DOING A FACTORY RESET, PLEASE? I’d need to reset my phone at least every week!

Sorry folks if this is deemed inappropriate in this location of community, I wasn’t sure where to put it. Hoping if anyone else has dealt with similar things and feeling hopeless like me to at least share. Maybe help will come?

Given that you report being “hacked” through several years and a multitude of devices, your best option now would be to stop using ALL electronic devices. If, as you state, various iPhones have been hacked, it would seem the hacker has unlimited capabilities. Stop using smart phones, instead use a burner phone for all communication and replace it weekly. Immediately stop using all smart devices, including TVs, smart appliances, electronic door locks, modern automobiles, household camera systems, all WiFi devices, etc.

Your devices have not been hacked. What you describe would take a state actor with unlimited resources to target you individually because of your very specialized knowledge or untold wealth. Nobody is going to “hack” you just to mess with your settings. Sorry, nearly all of us just aren’t that interesting. It’s far more likely that you’ve changed your settings or miskeyed your password; the simplest explanation, not the fantastical, is nearly always correct.

Your device has not been hacked. If you feel it has factory reset the device. If you still feel it has, there is always a more simple explanation than the extreme.

lockdown mode is unnecessary for most users. If enabled, you can expect a myriad of things to not work as intended on your device.

I’ve only used the lockdown mode as of this year so doesn’t apply to the previous 7 years. I know it’s hard to accept. I was told by Apple for years iPhones cannot be hacked. We all know that’s not true. No you can’t fix or solve this for me, doesn’t mean it’s not real or a real problem. Thanks anyway. I’ve heard it all before from other deniers. Also have heard from several high level techs they understand it and that I should definitely file reports with fbi and ice. Thanks anyway. No need for more replies :)

Right. Thanks anyway. I’m seeing a pattern of denial like the thinking iPhones cannot be hacked. Everything Bluetooth can be hacked. Bluetooth is the double edged sword with convenience on one side and evil doings on the other. FBI says so, so I take their word over yours or anyone in the community trying to protect the brand. I like apple products it’s all I’ve used since 2008. I just wish they’d do more to protect users. We all know the technology is there! Anyway, I’m done seeking answers and help here. I’ll stick to FBI once they get straightened out. I’ve dealt with it 8 years anyway. Techs don’t know what else to say other than what’s on their Q cards basically sticking to protocol. They can’t explain why settings change themselves and passwords, locking me out of my accounts, and devices. Sometimes just screwing with me. Some Techs have begged me to go to law enforcement being worried for me. It’s not like I’m yelling at them like maybe you’re thinking, they actually take the time and listen and try their best to help. Not all are jerks giving the brush off.
