Depends on my phone performance I think the battery health is wrong and when I connected my phone with 3u tools in PC. The battery health appears is 86% While it appears on the mobile 75% how can I fix this

Stop using it and use the built-in meter.

Kurtosis12 is correct. Third party apps don’t have access to the same information Apple uses when determining battery health. Bottom line, Apple Health ratting is more accurate over time.
