Aqara U200 HomeKey Issue with Wallet on iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 18.2
Hello,
I successfully set up my Aqara U200 smart lock and added it to Apple HomeKit (though it was challenging). I can lock and unlock the door through HomeKit without any issues. However, I cannot add the HomeKey to my Wallet—it keeps giving me an error.
Here’s the strange part: I gave admin permissions for our home to my spouse’s Apple account, and they can see the Aqara U200 lock. Using their phone, we were able to add the HomeKey to Wallet without any problems.
Problematic phone and version: iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 18.2
Working phone and version: iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.1.1
I’ve tried all the suggested solutions:
- Removed and reinserted the battery after calibration
- Logged out and back into my iCloud account
- Created a new Home setup
- Switched to a different region and tried again
- Restarted my router
- Installed the M3 hub for the Aqara U200
I would appreciate any advice or solutions for this issue.
