Alarms going off hours after they’re supposed to

I have an alarm set for 5:30 am and ive been noticing it going off way later than its supposted to, I woke up and at 12 am it finally made my alarm sound but when I checked my phone it wasnt on silent mode or anything, it just delayed the sound? Maybe the banner showing the alarm was there at 5:30 but it doesnt matter cause it dosent make any alarm sound, its basically set up as a reminder with the buttons of an alarm.
