The StarsApp charge is likely associated with an Astrology or Palm Reader site where you were directed to the website from a Social Media post or advertisement and got a free reading. In the fine print it also says that the reading came with a subscription to their horoscope service. Check your emails for any related communication as the company name changes along with the procedure to cancel. Yes, it is a scam website. Contacting your bank is also an option for a fraudulent charge when the source is unknown..

Please update if you were able to confirm if it was an Apple charge or billed directly to you from a website. Also if you have any additional information about how you were duped into this subscription, such as a link from Social Media, it may be helpful for others. Depending on the information you have, there may be more that can be done such as reporting it as a fraudulent website if that is the case.

Things about subscriptions;

⁃ Deleting an app does not cancel the subscription.

⁃ A trial subscription must be canceled more than 24 hours before the renewal date or it may renew.

⁃ Many subscriptions are set to renew automatically until you cancel them.

⁃ If you see multiple subscription offers, as long as you don’t select one, the subscription shouldn’t renew.

⁃ If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is canceled and won't renew.

⁃ An expiration date means the current subscription has been canceled but is available to use until that date.

⁃ Use Resubscribe/Renew if you change your mind about canceling the subscription.
