If you just got it this Christmas, check with the store from which the Watch was purchased. Some sorts, as Apple themselves do, have extended time windows for returning products around the holidays.

If it was a previous Christmas when you received it, then check with the online Apple Store for a trade-in estimate. You'll need to go through the ordering process to get to the trade-in section, but you won't be committed to making a purchase and can just back out. Then you can decide whether to proceed with the trade-in or try to sell the Watch yourself.
