Accessing private relay.appleid.com email for trading view app

I cannot access an email that was sent to this mysterious email address that shows up on my trading view app. That’s how I trade all of my stocks and run my day-to-day life it’s crucial that I get into this email, but I have no idea what it is or why an email was even sent to it in the first place. Does anybody have any answers? I find it strange to have an email sent to an address that I can’t access.
