My MacBook Pro using Sequoia 15.2 has begun shutting down inexplicably

I have a 2019 Macbook pro 16" i9 using Sequoia 15.2, and it has begun shutting down inexplicably. As I restarted, it came up with an error report that is incomprehensible to me, but had scary words like "panic" and such. A search indicated that a kernel panic might mean it's a hardware problem. Does that mean unfixable?

Here is the first part of that report (the whole thing is many pages). Any hope??

Usually and Kernel Panic is either a Hardware issue or or a Third Party Kernel Extension installed on the computer

To get a better idea as to which of the two it might be

Let us hope it is a kernel extension from a third party software 🤞

Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts.

The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading. It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance

Does the issue present in this mode ?
