my recent emojis keep resetting back to the default set. i have the newest update and just traded in my phone for a new one and it still does it. has been happening for a month or two and i’ve only had my new phone for 2 weeks.

Give Apple a Call:
This should not be happening. When new emojis are created, they are included in new updates. They won’t be updated, unless you update the iOS. It is a new iPhone, and it may be faulty.
