hi my family bought new iPhone 16's on December 16th and I love it so far... anway today I noticed a crack on the back on phone.... is it possible to get it fixed this week....

Phones don't just crack on their own. As Jeff Donald suggests, accidental damage is not covered under the standard one year warranty. If you didn't add an AppleCare+ Plan to the phone, you'll have to cover the cost of replacing the back glass.

Accidental damage is not covered by the basic manufacturers one year parts and labor warranty for defects in workmanship or parts.

The naming can be confusing. AppleCare+ covers accidental damage.
AppleCare, the standard warranty, does not.
The accidental damage voided the warranty.
