How do I get my iPhone to recognize my home as a familiar location?

I have had an iphone since the 3, and i have lived at my home for over 40 years. my phone has never recognized my home as a familiar location and i always receive the security alert of having to wait an hour to do anything because my “iphone is detected in an unfamiliar location”. All location sharing is turned on in my settings. What do i need to do to get my phone to realize it has been in this location every single day for years?!?

Something else that may help. When you open Maps, do you have your Home listed there? If there is not a listing for your Home it will show Add under the Home label. When you tap on the Home icon, it should show in the same place as your Current Location. If not you can Move home to line up with your current location.
