Stuck on “Enter Authentication Code” screen on IPhone 15

got a new iPhone 15, setting up from a 4 year old iPhone SE, I manually entered the authentication code on my old iPhone, but for some reason the new IPhone 15 is stuck on the enter authentication code screen. If there are any tips on what to do I would greatly appreciate it
