I just uploaded Sequoia 15.2 When I do a keyword search for, say, all images named "for Kate," a bunch of images appear, but without any titles. It's pain to have to open each one to see if it's the image I key-searched.

I'm confused by your use of "Keyword" and "Title." Which do you mean?
Here's the info window for a picture taken with a tour guide named "Hunter," and a woman named "Katy."
The Title says this is a Plantation. The Caption includes the name Hunter. I've added a Keyword, "Katy." And there's a face ID of "Katy."
If I use the search field to find "Hunter," then I get this picture and a couple of others with "Hunter" in them. I also get a picture of Orion. "Hunter" was not a keyword or in the Title-- it was in the Caption.
If I search for Plantation, I get this picture and a bunch of others taken at antebellum homes, because "plantation" was in the Title.
If I search for "Katy", I get pictures of "Katy," if "Katy" was a keyword or in the Caption, or had a Face ID.
The best way to search is to use a Smart Folder like this:
Then I get only 4 pictures: 3 with Hunter the guide, and 1 with Orion the Hunter.
I can use a Smart Folder to search for Bobcats,
and, because I entered the word "Bobcat" into the keyword field in pictures that have bobcats on my front porch or in the wild, I get pictures with bobcats in it. But if I hadn't entered the keyword bobcat into a picture with a bobcat, then I wouldn't get that picture.
With that, can you better explain what you're expecting?

or are you talking about having used Markup to place info on the picture itself?

The search field returns all pictures that correspond to the search filed, whether it's in titles or captions or keywords or categories or text within the picture itself. .
That's why I suggested using a Smart Album. (Oops, I see I said Smart Folder-- it's Smart Album.)
Try a Smart Album with "Title includes Kate"
I can only explain using words, not images at the moment. I am trying to save some images onto a thumb drive which I will gift to a friend. The images I want to locate involve genealogy screenshots, records, etc. I usually typed "for Kate" or "Grow" (her family surname) beneath the image as I saved it to my Photos album. Okay, so to locate those images from among 19,000 images in my Photos album, I did a search within the Photos album using the hourglass icon at top of page. I searched "for Kate" and a ton of images appeared, but without any text attached beneath the image. Some of the images I could 'see' were of my own Aunt Kate instead of ONLY images I wanted to find which I had labeled specifically "for Kate" ....without any text attached to these images, It would be labor intensive to sift through them, as there's also no text identifiers... just images. I do not remember having this issue in prior IOS iterations.
