scamed apple gift card

I was scammed into purchasing $250 gift card when I was contacting a YouTube representative for help.

He was able to gain access to my Email account than cashed card in.

I disputed this to my bank.

Apple support told me the card has money left on it.

I tried to contact YouTube fraud about this however there is no one that would take my complaint.
