To the best of my knowledge, you can't. Subscriptions are tied to a given country's Apple Music or App Store. If you need to change the region - something you should only do if you're actually moving your residence - then you'll probably need to cancel the subscription, change regions, then resubscribe (if what you wish to subscribe to is offered in your new country).
