Iphone 15 pro does not add dashcam despite being connected to cams wifi

Iphone 15pro, 18.2 refuses to connect to dash-cam via apps… garmin and redtiger. The phone does indicate that it is connected to the dash-cams wifi but when you try to add the camera, it says connection failed. All permissions granted to the respective drive and redtiger apps. Also will not connect to airconditioner wifi despite all local networks being authorised. At my wits end… seriously fed up with apple now.
