PDFs opening in Cos prompting a subscription cost

Every time I make or open a PDF it's now opening in Cos (it used to be Preview), prompting me EVERY SINGLE TIME (gahhhhh) to pay for an expensive subscription for facilities I don't want or need. How to I get it back to Preview (or any other app) that just opens the bloody PDF with no fuss? Very frustrating... can you tell?
