Unexpected green dot on locked iPhone screen
i have no apps open and sometimes when i grap my phone after being off of it for like 30 minutes a green dot apprears until i unlock my phone

Face ID uses the camera, so it will briefly display the camera alert. Usually it comes and goes so fast that you won’t see, but if it takes longer to complete the scan it may appear.
