It depends what bands they use in Egypt vs what the US model supports.

You would need to make sure your provider supports eSim in Egypt. All iPhone 16 models sold in the United States only support eSim and not a physical SIM.

Also, all recent models are world phones so it should be fine like I said. I’m not sure though if any Egypt carries support eSIM since it’s a US model. That will be required
