Apps can configure and manage Bluetooth devices, so to identify it, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Bluetooth, and turn off access to the apps to identify which one is using the Bluetooth connection. It will be removed from your Bluetooth settings when access is denied to the app.

I Figured it out. I have Bluetooth LED lights and that was it thanks you guys
Have you been using Car Play or connecting to your car handsfree via bluetooth? My car has an ident that has a format a bit similar to that.
There’s no button near it
