How can clear 400GB of "system data" taking up storage on my MacBook Air?

Hi team, I have over 400GB of "system data" taking up my storage. I've tried multiple means of deleting files including using CleanMyMac, removing caches and logs, backup history, but to no avail. Could someone please help me with this?

I use a M1 Macbook Air (2020), 8GB memory, MacOS is 15.2 (24C101)
