Apple Pay balance not displaying on iPhone

Having issues using Apple Pay. I have a balance, I have taken security steps multiple times for my added cards on my account but still not showing a balance unless I log in and I am already logged in. Apple has taken the money from my bank and weeks have gone by without a solve. I have called my bank and they have confirmed everything on their end, my credit card company has also confirmed. PLEASE help. Open to suggestions. I also have not been receiving Cases for all my calls or no longer have access to calls as of last week.
