Got charged for canceled subscription for the djay app

a year ago I downloaded the application djay, but since I didn’t know how to use it, I deleted it, but the system charged me for a subscription for a whole year, how can I get my money back?

I may be missing something you didn't show but to me it looks like you canceled your subscription, it will run out in two weeks, and it is offering you the chance to change you mind and renew it now.

Canceling a subscription does not result in the current one ending immediately. You still have two weeks to go, then nothing more will happen other than the service will no longer work.

Were you actually charged for anything? If not then there is no need to ask for a refund.

Subscriptions will continue until the expiration date. Canceling them just tells them not to renew after that date.
