No sound on chrome in iPad

Only my dad’s iPad is affected, I think. It’s one of the newer ones, and I tried finding the sound settings, but to no avail, it wasn’t there, so I went to apple support. I’ve saw that someone tried uninstalling then reinstalling google chrome but it didn’t work, so it mustn’t work in my dad’s iPad either. If this does not get resolved, I’ll make a song telling you apple staff about this. (Don’t worry if you are just a regular person who uses apple devices :) ) down below is a diagram.
