Magic Keyboard function keys (Light, Volume...) not working

Hello, i just bought the newest wirkess Magic Keyboard for my MacBook Pro M1 (2021). I connected the new keyboard first by cable and now by bluetooth. In both variations the special keyboard keys are not working. I restarted, connected new by bluetooth and i checked the function "function keys" in the options which is not selected. Also when i click "fn" + the key like volume up it is not working. I am at the end with my latin and hope someone can help me to solve this.
