Proximity sensor issue on messenger calls on iPhone 16 pro max

Whenever I call someone on messenger with my iPhone 16 pro max proximity sensor does not work like phone light does not turn off.I have checked on phone app and WhatsApp. It works perfectly but not on messenger. Recently I have updated to ios 18.2. what is the solution ?
