My iPad mini does not show new mail in the Mail app

my iPad Mini A17pro does not show new mail in the Apple Mail app. All other devices show new mail fine.

When email fails to send or receive from a particular account you should first power the iPhone off and then back on and then ensure that the iPhone has a reliable network connection via WiFi or Cellular.


If the email problem persists, then the issue can almost always be resolved by deleting the email account from the iPhone and then adding it back:


  1. Delete the email account having the issue: Add and remove email accounts on iPhone - Apple Support
  2. Restart the iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
  3. Add the email account back to the iPhone: Add and remove email accounts on iPhone - Apple Support
