Sorry, but no. When you receive the warning that continuing with the action of deleting the photo from the Recently Deleted folder will result in them being permanently deleted, that is your chance to save them in another location if you ever want to see them again. Continuing with the action of deleting the photo will do exactly as it says. There is no recovery unless you have taken the action to save them in another location first.
