Unable to send or receive email on my iPhone 14 Pro

I realize I hadn’t received mail since 12/26. I asked my sister to send me an email and it sends her a message that my mailbox is full. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Now I have zero memory and still can’t receive mail.
