Unable to download purchased album in apple music on mac

I purchased an album on my iPhone. I went to try to play that album on my Mac (same apple id) and for some odd reason only 3 songs are showing up in my library. When I click the "show complete album" at the bottom I can see all all the songs. However the option to download them is not available. It shows "purchased" greyed out.

I have tried everything I can think of:

• Device is authorized
• Checked for available downloads
• Even looked to see if the songs where "Hidden"
