How to get Text Messages off of Apple Watch to iPhone without losing them.

I have an iPhone 15 Promax that froze up during an update. Apple service representatives could only do a RESTORE on the phone to get it back in operation. NOW I have lost all my TEXT message and most of my phone numbers that was not backed up on google. I did not know about the "Cloud". Now my Apple Watch apparently does not do cloud, so I have all the texts and phone numbers there.

QUESTION: How do I get these Texts and Phone numbers from the watch back to the phone without losing them?

The Apple Watch cannot have all the messages from your iPhone without enabling iCloud for Messages. Here’s why:

Without iCloud for Messages:

Syncing Limited to Recent Messages: The Apple Watch can only access messages that are already stored locally on the iPhone. These would be the messages you’ve received while the devices are connected (via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi). The Watch can only display recent messages and will show notifications for new ones.

No Historical Messages: If iCloud is not enabled for Messages, older messages that were stored only on the iPhone will not sync to the Apple Watch. The Watch will not receive a full history of messages beyond what was already locally stored on the iPhone.
