Error code -2003F on my Mac

The Mac i’m reinstalling for work is stuck on “internet recovery”, i’ve been reading forums for the problem and have tried all the key-combinations. Yesterday i called apple support and they said the issue might be due to the network i’m using because of restrictions and network protocols. I tested that teori with a different network (mobiledata), but a error code appeared mid installation.

i’ve never seen this before, and theres almost no information about it on the internett.

Has anybody seen this error code before, if so do you have any solutions?
