If you are using an ad-blocker then go to the refresh icon at the RHS of the address bar, click and hold and re-load without content blockers.

Alternatively find a JS blocker for Safari or use Firefox with a JS blocker. I just tried it on FF with NoScript and it loaded fine even though I'm running an ad blocker.

I have no problem going to their website using Safari. If you are using a VPN, they may not like that and are misinterpreting it as an AdBlocker. You can also check your Extensions at Settings > Safari > Extensions, and see if any of those are causing the problem.

If you still experience trouble, you will need to contact BlackHatWorld for a resolution on why they are blocking your access. Despite their claims of AdBlockers preventing useful information, their website is heavily supported by Ads. Without those ads appearing on your device, they are not getting paid. It appears to be more about money than providing you useful information.
