Adding my laptop to my apple account
I just got into my apple account and I see that my old laptop is on there but my new one isn't. How do I add it please? (I have not got an iPhone, just a laptop.)

They both need to be signed in to the same Apple Account. To do that please refer to Sign in to or out of your Apple Account on Mac - Apple Support. Then, when logging in to iCloud https://www.icloud.com/ or My Support https://mysupport.apple.com/, you ought to be able to view all your devices.
