Ho fatto per errore il logout dal mio vecchio ipad di 2 generazione, ed ora non riesco più a fare il login perché mi dice che il mio id apple può essere usato solo su dispositivi iOS 15.0 o successivi… come posso fare?

Perhaps you have enabled Account Recovery or Advanced Data Protection features for your AppleID (now known as your Apple Account). If so, you'll not be able to sign-in using any device that has iOS/iPadOS 15.x or earlier installed.
If these features are active for your AppleID, you will need to disable them before you can use your AppleID with iOS/iPadOS15 devices, you will need to disable them from one of your newer devices.
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Advanced Data Protection
