You signed up for a subscription on the Nebula website. This most likely happened because you were referred to the website from a Social Media post or Website advertisement for a free reading. When doing the free reading in the fine print it details that you have also agreed to sign up for the subscription.

The reason why changing your card does not work is because the bank of the issuing card using an Automatic Billing Updater that give your new information to the merchant. This action was done solely by your bank because a subscription is a legal contract to pay for the service until cancelled and your bank is giving your new account details to them, since you have not cancelled.

To cancel the subscription, you will need to go to the website to cancel or refer to an email you may have received when the subscription started. If this is the website you used, then check here.

If Nebula does not respond with the request to cancel, then you will need to take it up with the bank that issued your card to dispute the transaction.
