Iphone 14 Pro Max lightning port fails to read/connect over data with different official Apple cables

The phone still charges normally when plugged into the socket... Only when connected to any macbook (I tried a lot of them) is the connection not working.

I cleaned the port, have official cables, tested loads of different ones, .....

I really don't know what to do, it is SO SO SO SO weird.....

So, all charging ports are limited in regard to the wattage and amperage they output. Are you using recent MacBooks with their high wattage output chargers? Trying to charge on an older MacBook with their high wattage with too low a wattage output may not charge your iPhone.

Specifically, what model MacBook are you using to charge your iPhone?
