I am trying to downgrade my iCloud storage.
But I can't click Done to confirm the plan I want to downgrade because it's greyed out. Apple Support tells me this "If you can’t click Done, make sure that you’re signed in with the same Apple Account that you use for your iCloud+ plan." But I only have one Apple ID that I am already signed into. How can I check if there is another ID associated with my account? Please help me figure this out.
