Mac Sequoia - Epson ET5850 Out of paper

Like the prior retired topic, I have been having Mac out of paper issues with my Epson ET-5850. I have uninstalled the printer, updated to the latest Epson 15xxx driver (which BTW, I had to do through Chrome), re-ran the Wifi Wizard on the printer, unplugged the printer. So I am out of ideas. But here is the interesting thing. Sometimes it prints with no issues. Sometimes, it will also say printer in use, but there are no other jobs printing, AND, if I wait long enough (like a minute), it will print.
