So Me and my bf share an bank account and I was trying to add the card to my account and it simply won’t add and now it won’t let my bf Send me any money from the account over Apple Cash, Saying that I may be a scam, He’s out of town atm and I lost my card (I disabled it) we’ve contacted our bank and cleared things up with them but what do I do on apples side? I’m very aggravated with this whole ordeal.

Apple is not a bank. They do not approve credit or debit cards for Apple Wallet. Only the issuing bank can approve a card for Apple Wallet. Apple cannot put fraud alerts on an account.
Your issue seems entirely on your bank. If your boyfriend can’t send funds it sounds like it’s because of a fraud alert placed by your bank. The bank has to remove the fraud alert.
Do you know if the bank has removed the fraud alert?
