Convert HEIC to JPG Photos

This is not a question but a response to the questions around converting HEIC photos to JPG.

After experiencing some issues with HEIC photos being rejected by a website that accepted only JPG photos. I checked this Community and found no good answers and called Apple Support. The first rep could not answer my question and pushed me over to a photo specialist.

The specialist quickly walked me through an easy method to convert HEIC to JPG photos.

1. From the desktop open HEIC photos using Preview.
2. Export HEIC photos back to Desktop which automatically converts the photos to JPG format.
