Outlook email not syncing after 18.2 release

Seen posts about gmail not syncing but I have the same issue with Outlook. I have tried all the suggestions and it still is not working.

The easy solution is typically to delete the Outlook app from the iPhone, then redownload it and log in to your Microsoft account again. Note however, that you may need to go through Outlook app's settings after adding the account back. Some Microsoft settings are part of your Microsoft account and will be applied automatically but some items like your signatures that were being used when sending from iOS are not and will need to be recreated.
